Not really! This was actually a very good question I had recently about our Body Composition Testing.
"Do I have to take my clothes off?"
The short answer is...NO! We prefer you keep your clothes on!
But I can see why someone would be concerned. The most common methods for body fat testing you have probably experienced requires exposing your skin to have your fat pinched with skin fold calipers, or getting into a swimsuit and being dunked in tub of water.
So I wanted to answer this question today and clear this one up.

"What Do The Test Results Look Like?"
After completing your body composition test your personalized results are available immediately.
At a glance you'll get a breakdown of how much muscle, fat and water you are made of. You'll also see your body fat percentage, the balance of your lean muscle between your right and left sides, your total lean body mass and basal metabolic rate.

Once we know all this information we can use it to calculate your protein and total calorie requirement and create a detailed and effective nutrition and fitness program to help you reach your goals.

"How Often Should I Test?"
Testing at least once a month (or every 2 months as you get closer to your goal) is a great way to track your progress over time.
Seeing changes in your body fat, muscle mass and overall body fat percentage, lets you know if you're on the right track or if some adjustments are needed to your nutrition or fitness program.
The sooner you can make course corrections in your program the faster you will reach your goals!
